★ general information ★
• one order will fill one slot in my queue, and you may request as many pieces as you would like in one order
• my art can be used for personal, nonprofit use. it cannot be used commerically, fed to AI, or used as NFTs
• I enjoy updating my examples often with my most recent artwork. if you would NOT like your commission used as an example in my shop, please let me know!
• I'm interested in starting to post my artwork online and may like to use your commission on social media, but I will ask beforehand. if I post your commission, I will make ownership of your character clear :)
• please do not remove my signature, edit my art, or pay someone else to edit my art. I will make minor changes to the art for free upon request
• pieces may take up to two months to complete after I've reached your spot in my queue as I draw around a full-time job and multiple other hobbies
• I will send progress images of sketches, lineart, color, and any other stage you request. please ask for any adjustments during these progress stages. I will not provide refunds if the piece does not end up how you expected, since you will have seen it multiple times as I was working on it!
★ payment ★
• I will send a PayPal invoice as soon as I begin your commission, and payment is due no later than when you have confirmed the sketch. I will not continue with your commission after the sketch if payment is not received
• if something comes up, refunds can be provided between the sketching and lineart stages. I will not provide a refund after the piece has been colored.
• I will not use or spend your payment until your commission is completed
• if USD is not an option for you, I occasionally offer commissions on Wolvden for Wolvden items and currency.
